• DupeBrew is for personal, non-commercial use. Make our recipes at home and enjoy them.
• Savings figures are estimates. Real numbers depend on where you live and how you brew.
• We're independent. DupeBrew is not affiliated with Starbucks, Dunkin', or any cafe brand we reference.
• Premium is billed by the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel.

By downloading or using DupeBrew, you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and its recipes for your own, non-commercial purposes.

Please don't resell our recipes or content, scrape the app, misuse the AI features, or try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer DupeBrew. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

DupeBrew helps you recreate cafe-style drinks at home and estimates what you save by doing so. Those savings are estimates, based on average cafe prices and home ingredient costs — your actual savings will vary by location, brand, and habit.

Recipes are provided for your enjoyment. Please use your own judgment around ingredients, especially allergens like milk, nuts, and soy, and follow safe food and equipment practices in your kitchen.

DupeBrew is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starbucks, Dunkin', Tim Hortons, Peet's, McDonald's, Dutch Bros, or any other cafe brand. All brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the style of drink a recipe recreates.

Pip, your AI barista, and our scan features use AI to suggest recipes and tweaks. They do their best, but AI can make mistakes — treat suggestions as friendly guidance, not professional dietary, nutritional, or health advice.

Always double-check ingredients and allergens for yourself before making or drinking anything.

DupeBrew is free to download, with an optional DupeBrew Premium subscription that unlocks extra features. Premium is purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
• Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not inside DupeBrew.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment.

Yours stays yours. The photos you scan and the notes and recipes you save belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app's features to you.

Ours stays ours. The DupeBrew app, brand, Pip, and our original recipe content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.

DupeBrew is provided “as is.” While we work hard to make it great, we can't promise it will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we're not liable for outcomes like a drink that doesn't taste quite right or savings that differ from an estimate. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

We may update these terms as DupeBrew evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
